The vertical tube furnace is equipped with Sweden Kanthal resistance wires as heating elements and a furnace tube inside, and is provided with a double-layer shell structure, a Japan SHIMADEN 40-segment programmed temperature control system, phase shift trigger and silicon controlled rectifier control.
The furnace hearth is made from alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and can rapidly rise and reduce temperature, reaching 1,000 DEG C within 20 minutes. The furnace has the advantages of balance temperature field, low surface temperature, rapid temperature rising and reduction speed, energy conservation and the like, and is an ideal product for colleges and universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to carry out high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing.
